23/24 wb twist

20 air squat

23/24 double unders

20 push ups

23/24 penguin heel taps

20 GH sit ups

24 jumping jax

1 rope climb (no rope round 2)

**first round do 23 reps, one rope climb for the new year, then do 24 reps for second round.
