All new clients are introduced to our gym by going through the Foundation Course. This is a series of 4-6 personal training sessions where the client will focus on form and technique while learning exercises commonly used in CrossFit. This course is used to safely transition new clients into the CrossFit Workout Of the Day.
The CrossFit Workout Of the Day Consists of a group warm-up, followed by skill review/practice, and a group timed workout. Please come promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late you may be asked to wait for the next scheduled class.

Kids of all ages learn valuable coordination skills while having fun staying fit by doing age appropriate exercises and activities.
OUTDOOR ADVENTURE TRAINING
